1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at grtinvestm.shop and www.grtinvestm.shop (the "Site") operated by JDW EQUIPMENT SERVICE LLC, 2218 E Lone Tree Pkwy, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005, United States (the "Company"). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is a static informational reference describing the Company's registered scope of merchant-wholesale distribution activities, organized into eighteen aisles covering 1,257 durable-goods categories — motor vehicles, auto parts and tires, furniture and home furnishings, building materials, photographic and office equipment, commercial equipment, medical and professional supplies, metals and ores, electrical and electronics, hardware and climate equipment, construction and agricultural machinery, industrial machinery and supplies, service-establishment equipment, transportation equipment, sporting goods and toys, and scrap, precious, and sundry goods.

The Site is not: a store, a B2B marketplace, an ordering system, a quote engine, an auction, an inventory database, or a payment channel. No purchase order, sale, or trade agreement is formed, modified, or administered through the Site.

3. Scope Listings — Boundaries

Category listings on the catalog describe the trade classifications the Company is organized to handle. They do not constitute:

• An offer to sell any particular goods at any particular price, quantity, or delivery term;
• A representation that any item is currently in stock or available;
• A claim of licensure, certification, or authorization required for regulated lines (including medical devices, firearms, ammunition, ordnance, scrap materials, and certain vehicles);
• Product specifications, warranty terms, safety data, or compliance documentation for any listed category;
• Advice about import/export controls, tariff classifications, or regulatory requirements.

Regulated goods — including the medical-equipment lines in AISLE H, the firearms/ordnance lines in AISLES G and Z, and salvage/scrap lines in AISLE Z — are subject to federal, state, and local licensing and record-keeping requirements that are verified through the dock office, never through this Site.

4. No Commercial Relationship

Using the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a buyer–seller, broker, agency, or distribution relationship. Any trade transaction would proceed only under a separate written agreement negotiated and executed directly with the Company — never through this website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, the "Warehouse Aisle" design system, illustrations, layout, catalog data structure, and code — is owned by the Company or its Developer and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, mirror, or systematically scrape the catalog's design or structure without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or harassing inquiries;
• Do not probe, scan, or attack the Site's infrastructure;
• Do not use automated tools to bulk-download Site content;
• Do not submit another party's confidential trade information through the contact form;
• Do not impersonate the Company or misrepresent an affiliation with it;
• Do not use the catalog to solicit purchases of regulated goods in circumvention of licensing law.

7. Impersonation and Trade-Fraud Warning

B2B payment fraud is common: criminals impersonate wholesalers and request prepayment for inventory that doesn't exist. The Company will never request a wire transfer, prepayment, cryptocurrency payment, or trade deposit through this Site. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Scope descriptions are general references; product availability, specifications, and regulatory requirements must be verified independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. In all cases, total liability arising from or related to this Site is capped at US $100. This cap does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not apply to actual trade agreements, which are governed by their own contracts.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its Developer from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another's rights.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
